Above Makarska, in the hamlet Puharići 1.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool kidney shaped, heated (6 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Outdoor pool with hydromassage. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra 150.-€ per week). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Terrace 12 m2, terrace 9 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Haus
Tolle Lage oberhalb von Makarska mit Blick auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln sowie auf die Berge. Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub und zur Erkundung der Makarska Riviera und des Biokovo. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es war wie beschrieben und für uns perfekt!

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Vintagestil mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil, daher ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus Belvedere
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Das Haus entsprach in allen Belangen unseren Erwartungen. Wer diese Haus mietet sollte jedoch wissen, dass direkt nebenan eine größere Villa vom gleichen Besitzer vermietet wird, welche scheinbar öfters durch Jungendgruppen gebucht wird die dann gerne Party machen. Das haben wir so nicht erwartet und es hat die Freude über das schöne Haus gedämpft bei diesem Preisniveau.

Genießen und loslassen ... Das Haus integriert sich idyllisch in die ursprüngliche Landschaft. Vorne das Meer, die Stadt und hinter uns das Gebirge. Die Ausstattung hätte nicht besser sein können, das Pool und die Auswahl an Terrassen, Liegen und versteckten Plätzchen ... einfach Erholung pur. Ein Auto oder dgl. ist ratsam, da die Unterkunft auf einer Anhöhe liegt. Auch war der Hauptstrand von Makarska sehr überlaufen, daher haben wir umliegende Buchten aufgesucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Meersicht mit Privatpool
Nettes Haus mit sehr guter Betreuung durch die Besitzer. Lage sehr schön am Hang ohne Trubel und Lärm. Einziges Manko: Das Sofa ist unbequem und das Schlafzimmer sollte man richtig abdunkeln können.

Sehr schöne Villa Belvedere
Wir waren zu zweit im August in der Villa Belvedere, das Ferienhaus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und in einem top Zustand. Die Vermieter Ante/Marko und Familie sind sehr net und kümmern sich um das Wohl der Gäste. Diese wohnen in Markaska und sind immer für einen da wenn man fragen hat. Die Villa liegt perfekt eingebettet im kleinen Ortsteil puharići mit sensationellen Blick auf das Meer und markaska. Zu Fuß sind es 20 Minuten bis zum Ort mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas steil und schmal aber mit gängigen Fahrzeugen gut zu erreichen. Die Villa lässt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen und sollte etwas fehlen, kümmern sich die Vermieter um alles. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Villa, markaska und die Vermieter auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Small old style house with lovely views of the sea and mountains. Nice pool and terraces. Hard to find and the road is very steep and narrow. Walking to Makarska takes appr. 30 min. (and we took at taxi back on all occasions). Nice and friendly hosts.

Upealla näkymällä varustettu pieni lomatalo, toimii kahdelle parhaiten. Rauhallinen sijainti Makarskan kaupungin lähistöllä. Kunto lähes uudenveroinen, omistajat todella ystävällisiä ja kaikki toimi hienosti. Suosittelen pariskunnalle, neljälle hieman ahdas.

Ferienhaus deluxe
Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt. Die Wohnung ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut betreut. Als es ein Problem mit dem TV-Senderempfang gab, hat er sofort reagiert und mit großem Aufwand ein neues Kabel verlegt. Es ist ein kleines, feines Häuschen, ideal für 2 Personen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in oberer Hanglage, ca. 1,5 km weg von Stadt und Strand und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Makarska Bucht. Wir können das Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen.
