The Camp - Lake Hawea
5/5 Excellent
Nice place by the lake
"We stayed in cabin #1 (yellow) which was very comfortable and clean. We had a small view of the lake from our cabin which was cool.
The bed was the most comfortable ever, so much that it was tough to get up in the morning 😉
The women's toilets and showers are quite far from cabin #1.
It was nice to be able to swim in the lake from the small beach.
The room is equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, a table and stools in front of a large window.
Unfortunately, the kitchen is not equipped properly. There is almost no pots and pans. The kitchen is not wide enough because of the table in the middle, so when it is busy, it is really difficult to cook.
When you rent a cabin, you have to rent a box with the plates and cutlery for $5/day. "
