"This is a difficult property to assess. It’s a thin 3- story townhouse. Beds are on every floor. Laundry is in the foyer room. It is very well appointed. The bathroom on the 2nd story was luxurious. There is a comfy dining area for 4 on that floor as well. The host provided us with a 1-hr extended checkout which was very helpful. The bottom 2 floors’ beds were comfortable. "Marijo is a great host and his property is superb. The home is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The large patio is a wonderful place for breakfast. The bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. The buses are are frequent and drop you off at the entrance to the old city (15 minute bus ride). A marina is a very short distance from the house and a fun place to kayak. Three grocery stores are very near by. This rental in Komolac is the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring Dubrovnik."

"It was small but very clean and decorated nicely. It is really fun to stay right in the heart of the old city. We noticed that some similar apartments were located WAY up on the old streets, which would make coming and going very arduous. The only staircase involved at this property is the indoor staircase, so it was quite manageable for us. "
