"호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "

"겉보기엔 정말 깨끗해보이고, 새로 리모델링 한 것처럼 보였으나, 리모델링은 리모델링인데 비유하자면 곰팡이 엄청 핀곳에 깨끗한 벽지로 가린듯한 느낌임. 그리고 평점도 그렇고 왠만한 비즈니스호텔보다 비싼 가격에 그래도 뭔가 있겠지하고 생각했지만, 그냥 시골에 있는 모텔수준임. 화장실 환풍기도 안되고 하수구 냄새는 펄펄 올라오고… 정말 다시는 묵고 싶지 않은 곳임. 그리고 뭔지는 모르겠지만 가운입었더니 온몸이 가려워서 봤더니 뭐가 막 나있음."
