The attention to detail is outstanding. Cindy is an exceptional host. The hotel decor is beautiful - indicative of the era of the building. The amenities include common areas to enjoy where you can make yourself a coffee or tea and relax. We highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return for another wonderful stay.

Great spot, and the rooms are both spacious and clean. We also never had any issue at parking at the property. We do recommending skipping the free light breakfast and going across the road if you want to have something more than couple Woolies square toasts and 1-portion cereals.

Lovely old home with very well considered extras including big bath tub (stayed in Room 6). Whilst Expedia was not particularly helpful with a date change, lovely Cindy was fantastic. Shared lounge facilities included a guest fridge but not one in the room. Great continental breakfast included and lovely deck area to sit and enjoy breakfast. Parking bays were tight.

A very well presented and equiped hotel in the historical town of Morpeth. Very clean and tidy with excellent amenities located in the centre of town and within easy walking to all shops and sights. A great place to stay if you're looking to explore the Hunter Valley but want a quiet rest at the end of the day.

Our room was well presented and very comfortable with a terrific bed. We had access to the front balcony although it was a bit cold to make full use of it. Breakfast was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
