Staff seriously need service training or to be replaced by others who want to be in the hospitality industry. Not friendly and considerably rude to guests. There was a huge altercation in the lobby between a family of guests visiting for a wedding. The front desk locked a room because the mother took two croissants back to the room for her young sleeping child (note: mother paid for her breakfast). I witness the interaction and the staff handle things very unprofessional and eventually even called the police after refusing to calmly discuss with the guests. I was not associated with this family in anyway but was appalled how the hotel staff handled the situation. I too experienced poor, rude service. Felt like the employees were not there to give guests a positive experience. This hotel is one of two main hotels in town. My hope is the Quality Suites offers a better guest experience. I’m certain Accor executives would be dismayed had they seen and heard what I did between guests and staff. Such a shame how management allowed this argument to escalate and expose everyone else in the lobby to the situation. Should have been handled more professionally and diplomatically.

Poor service from management and staff. Would not recommend staying there as supposedly in Maisons-Laffitte but is just across a bridge from the poor suburb of Sartrouville.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Ibis. It’s located in a very quiet area but not far from the center of Maisons Laffitte. There is a courtyard where you can enjoy a drink , breakfast or chill out there . The service is fair . The breakfast is decent . We have a 6 y and a 6 month old children . The family room is perfect . They have already made the couch bed and baby crib ready at our arrival . It was a pleasant stay . We would go back

Nice little hotel, but ...
This hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. A bit far from public transport and taxis are scarce. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff are friendly but you might struggle if you so much ask for a kettle! They charged additional fees for children's breakfast although it was clearly prepaid in our booking for the entire party.

Ok wouldn’t go for my holidays there
The hotel was ok I unfortunately got the jail room which was small, next to the car park and metal bars on my window. The food was poor but the staff were polite.
