"Highly recommend to anyone interested in experiencing genuine Bavarian gemütlichkeit in a convenient location near Munich. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable with modern bath fixtures. The food we ate in the gasthaus was fantastic, and if you're lucky enough to eat there on a Sunday you'll love the delicious desserts that are available, to include my favorite German kuchen, bienenstich. "Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...
