"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. "The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo.
