"A number of things need attention. Air hockey table air doesn’t work. Shelves are supported with books. Trash box hinges are not good. Sofa bed end is askew. Only 2 showers where listing says 3. Two wall shelves can’t be used safely. Master mattress is drooping. Bar top isn’t fastened anymore. Teflon cooking pans need replacing. Spa pool can’t heat properly. As a gathering place it was fine. Close enough to everything. Neighborhood was quiet. "

"We came for the St Jude marathon. This place worked great for us. Clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is extremely close to a very busy street, you can hear traffic when you're in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and needed my white noise background to block out the traffic noise. One other positive, although described as an apartment, I would call it more of a guest house. You don't share walls with anyone."
