Upper floor master bedroom, open to the stairs: (sleeps 2) bedside tables, desk / dressing table, hanging space.
Little extras include hotel quality cotton bath robes, hair dryer and straightening irons.

Welcome hamper includes a complimentary package of goodies - Kentish apple juice, homemade cake and granola are provided by the owner Sarah, as well as artisan bread and Kentish crisps. In the Fridge you will find milk, butter and yoghurt.

Central heating throughout via electrical heating and underfloor.

The owner lives in the grounds, however your terrace is very private and not overlooked.
Small dogs allowed on request. Pet charges are £35 per pet per week.
Private parking for several cars alongside property.
Please note: this property does not have a washing machine however by arrangement at a fee the owners can arrange a wash and dry service.

Pre ordered Supper for Two - Homemade vegetable or beef lasagna, garlic bread, seasonal salad, a homemade dessert, and a bottle of red / white or Cava. All popped in the fridge for your arrival to go straight in the oven- £42 per couple
