Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. "We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend.
