Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. "

"The property was just as described. It was very easy to get to, clean, and roomy! We stayed for 2 nights. The first night there were 9 of us, and the 2nd night, there were 5. There was plenty of room for everyone! The communication with Scott was great and he was very responsive. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay."
