"Wir standen vor geschlossenen Türen, haben angerufen, es wurde uns zugesichert dass in 5 Minuten jemand fürs Check-in kommt. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland."

"This hotel is outstanding. The room was modern, ultra clean, great a/c, nicely stocked mini-fridge, very nice bathroom, cool balcony. Located right in downtown with restaurants, bars, cafes. Absolutely great service, concierge and desk guys know everything and are friendly and will check out any info needed. Cool city too. "Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommendes Personal, Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück immer gleich aber in Ordnung. Lage ist etwas am Berg, war für uns persönlich störend, weil immer alles zu Fuss erledigt werden muss. Aber mit Taxi (nur Hallo Taxi benutzen, die anderen sind zu teuer) war gut. Für nur Frühstück ist aber Hotel in der Klasse einfach zu teuer"
