"Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay. For the price it was good value and exactly where we wanted it, the north end of town close enough to Mandalay Hill to walk it and away from the busy city. However, we arrived after dark and seemed not to be expected. There was no dinner available and we had to walk some way to get any. "This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account.
