"This is a villa converted to a hotel. The have only 4 rooms. The description is misleading. Too expensive. Does not worth it. It should not be rated more than 1 star! The view from the room (Delox twin) is totally obstructed. It smells terrible!"

"The opportunity to stay in a villa surrounded by tea fields was too hard to miss out on. We arrived from Badula on the train and were welcomed by the staff at the house. It was clean and comfortable and a 15 minute walk into town. The next morning we were given a great breakfast and then walked into the tea field adjoining the property. "This is the perfect place to stay! Beautiful/modern facility, excellent breakfast/dinner options and able to walk into town. Very spacious room with a stunning view of the mountain side. The staff could not have been more helpful/nice/attentive."

Lovely relaxing stay

"Relaxing 2 nights. The views are incredible. Easy access to Little Adams Peak. A short tuktuk to 9 arches bridge or town centre. Breakfast wonderful with lovely fruit and other good choices. Dinner good. The only negative is that the pool is in a sister resort club which requires entry fee."
