"Stunning property in rural France where we were greeted with a warm welcome by the host and shown to our room which was beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The property does allow dogs but only in certain rooms so do remember and advise them at the time of booking. Breakfast was laid on in the morning and again our host was very attentive and really helpful. Will most definitely be staying again we drive from the UK to the Costa Blanca."

"An outstanding kept and updated property. If you want to spend a few quiet days in an impeccable setting, this is the place! Isabelle owner and General manager was outstanding. Our beds were comfortable. AC was not result available but was still comfortable. They have done marvels with the restoration. Breakfast was locally produced, grown and prepared. Lovely! "

"Bernard and Christiane were amazing hosts. There was a language barrier that we quickly and easily overcame using google translate and gestures. We shared a lovely evening with them indulging in snacks and wine. The house was very clean and well stocked, the pool and hot tub were great additions aswell! A small city ‘Albi’ is a 15min drive away, Toulouse is just under an hour drive.This is a great place if you’re looking for a calm getaway surrounded by nature, there are many animals nearby and sounds of nature all day. 10/10. "

"We had a fantastic stay and many of the party enjoyed the air conditioned bedrooms!! Very well equipped kitchen - with everything we needed to cook at home and a great recommendation for a local restaurant (chez Fernandez)we we certainly didn’t go hungry . Severine and Yannis were amazing hosts ( especially when one of our party needed a doctor ) helpful and friendly. Pool was great although not easy to get out of for those with limited mobility. Jacuzzi and Hamam were well used too. Easy to get everywhere and teenagers enjoyed being able to walk into town on their own. Only very slight issue was a lack of outdoor drying space for clothes - we were encouraged to use the tumble dryer but for ecological reasons preferred not to and some airers would have been good . Otherwise a great house for a cross generational family get together"

"First I need to warn the readers to not use Apple Maps to get there because it will bring you to some random place on the other side of Toulouse. The chateau is out in the country side. It is a pretty building with beautiful grounds and the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, recently renovated with a terrific view of the adjacent county. The breakfast was typical French. What surprised us at the beginning was that it is also a retirement community. There are several adjacent buildings for the retirees and I think the chateau is used only as a hotel. We have not seen that before but it wasn’t really a problem and we enjoyed talking to some of them at breakfast. About a mile or two away there is a town where you can find restaurants and other shops. It’s about 20 minutes away from the center of Toulouse. So if you are looking for a peaceful place, i strongly recommend it."
