The fascinating villa promises total exclusivity and a perfect opportunity to soak in the natural beauty and scenic views of the land. Surrounded by a manicured garden and an ethereal open-air swimming pool in the front, the holiday retreat with a somewhat rustic look is a sight to behold. There are sun loungers in the open area for guests to enjoy the beautiful weather of Lugano.
 
Enjoy a fun-filled and relaxing day outside the house under its covered terrace that faces the pool and has ample sitting and dining setups. Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious and comfortable living area. The bright and well-ventilated room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen overlooks the garden and has a refreshing ambiance. It is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge and an electric kettle.

Lake Lugano is only 7 minutes\' walk away where guests can enjoy the delights of a beach vacation. Golf Club Lugano is about 3 minutes’ drive away.
 
About 1.4 kilometers from the house is Zoo al Maglio, a wonderful family destination. Another delightful place to visit in the region is Chocolat Alprose, a museum that takes visitors from the very first steps of making chocolate to final packaging. The entire area is filled with the sweet aroma of chocolate.
 
Nature lovers love to explore the landscape through the various hiking trails around Magliaso. The nearest airport is about 84 kilometers away.  Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 15th of September 2025

Aufenthalt im September
An und für sich ein schönes Häuschen. Bräuchte jedoch maö bei der Inneneinrichtung wieder ordentlich eine Auffrischung. Im Aussenbereich ist nur ein kleiner Tisch vorhanden, die Sitzbank im Wohnzimmer ist hinuntergehangen und die Kücheneinrichtung war auch bereits etwas älter, aber zweckmässig. Eine angenehme Lage, top Pool und gemütliches Ambiente.
