An acre of woods, where fireflies create a suggestive atmosphere on warm summer nights, surrounds the house, which offers a beautiful ambience for a relaxing stay by the pool or in the shade of the equipped garden. The farmhouse consists of two floors that are not connected. In addition, two bedrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second floor) are accessible only from the outside. Thanks to its location, this vacation home is ideal to visit cities such as Viterbo (45 km), Montefiascone (56 km) and Orvieto (60 km) or to explore the medieval treasures of the Sabina, Lazio and Umbria. The "eternal" city of Rome is 75 km away and Rieti 85 km. Upon request and payment on site, the landlady will be happy to organize the following additional services: Horseback rides, guided tours with professional guides (Rome- Florence-Naples-Venice); excursions in the Etruria region; visits to oil mills, vineyards and wine cooperatives; personal trainer, yoga, pilates, postural gymnastics, water gymnastics, belly dancing; massages, beauty treatments; private cooking service in the accommodation; cooking classes for rural cuisine (homemade pasta, bread, pizza); babysitting.
