"Very modern hotel, looked just refurbished. Room was large, very well appointed with excellent lighting and great bathroom. Breakfast had a great choice and the waiter very helpful. Good parking here and even EV charging station including Tesla charging if you need it."

"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view couldn’t be better. Thank you so much for restoring our trust in Italy and thereby allowing us the opportunity to stay and enjoy the country. "

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

"Loved the decor and setting if the hotel, felt very luxurious abd very good value forvthecmoney paid. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in both restaurants. Fab small spa, great massages. Only negative is that the pool is unheated so getting into the water was a bit unpleasant, there was rarely anyone swimming and also the sea was too rough to swim our whole stay (June), that is the only reason why we would not return. You Must Understand The Culture around these hotels ..the owners have hotels for love to their guests nd not for real economic reasons like major chain store hotels. The location was perfect to main town area, 3 minutes walk. The hotel was clean and the staff was so polite. Bring your own soap and shampoo, they lack with very small portions in the hotel. The rooms are small, but who cares since you use this hotel only for sleeping. Heared the restaurant has good quality food, but i didnt eat there. "
