"First time booking this type of accommodation, turns out it’s a great choice. Returning to this peaceful spot after a day touring is just good for the soul. The rooms are spacious, spotless, great beds with quality bedding, lots of toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. You will need a car as it’s out of the way, but well worth the drive from Laverano. Breakfast was adequate and a great cup of coffee. Staff are outstanding and room cleaned every day. Cannot go wrong here. We loved our stay."

The restaurant is good, but DO NOT order room service…it’s better to schedule your meals for better value and quality. "The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."
