Located in Magione this old stone house has been completely renovated. The house has a swimming pool where you can relax and rejuvenate. The house is situated 500 m from the motorway to Perugia, and an ideal base to explore the surrounding area towns, medieval villages, sanctuaries and lake Trasimeno.

The centre is just 2 km away for you to explore and discover the regional culture and practices. The lake is just 5 km away and can be visited for enjoying a peaceful stroll by the side of the water. Restaurants are 3 km away.

Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can make it, upon reservation, at a cost of € 5 per person. The house has central heating to keep you comfortable on cold winter days. You can bring 5 pets in the house free of charge. Recycling bins are located along the road, outside the gate of the property, on the right as you exit.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out by 10:30.
