"This property is all about the location. Rooms could do with an upgrade but you are really only there to sleep. It’s close to everything and has great views of the river foyle and peace bridge. The staff are exceptional and incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel loved the relaxing bars playing piano music… staff lovely, perfect location, only one criticism was the room was quite cold near the window, the carpet felt freezing when getting out of bed. "

"Nice stay. Hotel is a bit dated, needs modernised in areas. Hotel bar was busy , took a while to be seated and served. Again a bit dated and the use of space not utilised very well with tables / chairs etc. Pool area was very good, friendly staff and clean. Beautiful views from the breakfast room, again lovely staff and food was good. "

"Rooms were great, food was excellent. I will return. My stay was good. I deduct stars for how noisy and unsupervised some kids were. Also the foyer, the only place to sit, relax and meet people was chilly. "

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."

"We stayed for one night b&b. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, only bad was the heating off the room. It was extremely cold at night. The heating off the room was poor. Apart from that the food was excellent and the breakfast was plentiful and staff very attentive. I definitely would stay again "

"Two families spent just under a week here - so close to a beautiful beach. Heating didn’t work and the host got it sorted within a few hours - on a Saturday too! Hopefully we’ll get a return visit here."
