Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. No cats or other types of pets allowed. The approach to this vacation rental is a paved, with easy accessibility, and close to downtown Maggie Valley.
Conveniently located in central Maggie Valley, Peterson's has easy year-round paved access and an elevator for added convenience. Peterson's Tee-Time is less than a 20-minute drive to Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In about 20 minutes, you could be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This condo is a 30-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).
A little more than 40 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estate & Winery, several micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.
