The holiday home "Studio" is located in a part of our property that once belonged to a versatile artist. In the heart of Maggia, the small house has a common entrance through the rose garden with the holiday home "Atelier", a large terrace for your own use and beautiful mountain views. From the house you can reach on foot in a few minutes the following: main square, bars and restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, post office, bank, doctor's office, pharmacy, the river Maggia and beaches. The style is rustic, wood, stone, local granite. Our last restoration was deliberately carried out with low environmental impact and had particular attention to the use of environmentally friendly and healthy materials. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, renovated with attention to detail. The kitchen corner is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge and electric hotplates. There are also several small appliances available as: coffee machine with capsules and filters, kettle, toaster. The kitchen has a "starter kit", d. H. Spices, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, oil, u. S. W. The buffet cabinet is equipped with accessories for the kitchen and table. The "bedroom corner" with double bed is equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe and overlooks the garden in the courtyard. On the sofa bed (160x200cm) can sleep two additional people comfortably. The bathroom has shower / WC and hair dryer. The large terrace at the entrance of the house has garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chair, parasol, granite bench and barbecue). For the cleaning of the rooms we use environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Free public parking is in the immediate vicinity.
P.S. We have chosen not to equip the apartment with TV and Wi-Fi. For entertainment we have a selection of books in several languages, radio CD player, several board games. For small children we offer a "Wunderkiste" with many wooden toys.

The ALL INCLUSIVE price includes:
• stay 1 to 4 people,
• linen for bed, bath, kitchen and terrace,
• ev. 1 cot,
• "starter kit" for the kitchen (see description),
• Electricity,
• ev. 1 pet.
P. S .: Heating costs (pellet), tourist taxes (from 14 years) and final cleaning are to be charged separately.



Additional costs:

Heating: according to consumption (obligatory).
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 70 CHF (obligatory).
Towels: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Bed linen: included in the price per object per day (obligatory).
Pet: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Electricity: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Tourist tax: per person and day costs of 3.25 CHF (obligatory).
