"I arrived at the property and my reservation could not be located. I was with my elderly parents and we had to stay in the lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for them to find the reservation. Staff were inconsiderate just saying they have to wait. There needed to be a better way to deal with such issues, the Expedia agent I chatted with mentioned this is common, if that's the case them put in mitigating controls or plan on how to resolve such issues quickly without inconveniencing the customers. Dinning took forever, paying for food was war, I did transfer only for the server to come back to ask for #1k because of charges. Breakfast was bread and tea, really?. While the rooms were neat there was a roach on my bed, pretty disgusting I could hardly sleep after seeing that. The toilet seat was broken which is hazardous to anyone sitting on it. The TV is so tiny you can hardly see the pictures from where the bed is. I can go on and on. I will never stay there again. "
