"The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with basic staples provided. Very nice to have two bathrooms (—water pressure was great for shower-taking.) Loved the location —great neighborhood. And the property manager, Emanuela, could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Very much look forward to going back—-hopefully sooner than later!"

"Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"The host met us at the water taxi and walked us back to the apartment. They even walked us to the correct water bus for the soccer game we were attending that afternoon and gave us tips for our trip. Communications was excellent.My one criticism is that the pictures online make it look like each bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is not the case. "

"Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. "We had a wonderful stay. The location could not be better, the check in process was wonderful (they pick you up in a water taxi, bring you to the closest dock and walk you to the VRBO). The bathroom, bedroom & kitchen were all very well kept and clean. You have to take your trash out which occurs very early. We slept in most days and this was an ordeal w an early departure. Also wish they had at least one extra mirror in the unit for getting ready. "

"We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again"

"This property is literally across A bridge from the train station and a 5 minutes walk to the bus/limo depot. A definite stay with ample space for everyone and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen is large with a nice outdoor space. Note the main bedroom is off the street, so street noise could be startling and there is no air conditioning. Prime Location."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Villaguattera. The location was perfect for us—peaceful, safe, and a great base for exploring the area. While it’s a bit far for those relying solely on public transportation, it’s very manageable with a short taxi ride. Just make sure your driver uses the exact address listed to avoid confusion. "Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear...
