"A nice balcony with a view really made this place. The place was comfortable and clean. Nights were very loud with wild dogs howling and the dogs living within the complex joining in, bring earplugs. The location could be good for someone staying longer but for a few quick days to explore Pai I wish we had stayed closer to town, there’s nothing within walking distance except 1 local restaurant. "I was very upset since our private room that we booked was not available and we had to sleep in a dormitory bunk bed. It was very unprofessional that the owner wanted us to pay the same amount for that’s room so we negotiated for a lower price. Our room did not have a working lock and 1 of the lights didn’t not work. I felt bad for the staff since they were very accommodating but the owners should have planned better. They did not know about this Expedia booking."

"A little ways away from the town and walking Street (about 20-25 minute walk) and quiet at night because of the area. The bed was quite hard, and walls had spaces between the slats making it cold in the room at night but the two blankets provided kept us warm enough in bed. There was one plugin that could reach the bed so other electronics had to be plugged in in the other corner of the room. Not a big deal for us, but could be mildly inconvenient for someone staying a while. The bathroom...

"You get what you pay for.. very basic. Isn't clean and the rooms have massive gaps between the doors, so anything can get in. Also doesn't feel secure."

"Pros : cheap Not that far to walk to town ( 20 min ) Cons : -not very clean - smells badly from the sewer that is connected to the shower - looks a bit run down - the shower is a disaster Note :the toilet isn’t flushed with a press but you need to use a bucket and a cup to empty with a manual flush of water If you’re trying to save cash it’s fine otherwise don’t bother "
