"The room was clean and well appointed, nice shower and bed, so no complaints there. We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. The “Mountain View” is literally a view to the top of one mountain, otherwise you look over grass to a few banana trees blocking the view. "Check-in was easy and the manager speaks great English. The first night our bed was very uncomfortable and the next morning we spoke to the manager and he got us in a new room right away and that bed was very comfortable! We appreciated him dealing with our complaint right away. He told us later that he got rid of that uncomfortable bed. The rooms are very basic but are clean. Towels are provided. Hot showers as well.
