"We stayed a week and it was very pleasant. Not only the location (there is a metro station right next to the hotel ) but also the comfort was great. It has a lot of amenities and it shows that old school hotels are still in play."

Madrid is a great city. I like it, although this time I had to cut short due to national emergency due to coronavirus. I am sure I will return, but I am not sure I will use the same hotel that do not show real concern for customers.
