Héél goed gerenoveerde 3 kleine achterkamers bestaande uit:1woon - keukenkamer.1slaapkamer en 1 badkamer.Alles perfect in orde,proper en nieuw.Prima beveiligingsinkom deur.De 2 bestaande kleine ramen die naar een kleine binnenkoer leiden vereisen de toevoeging van 24/24h continu kunstlicht om voldoende verlichting te bieden.De eigenaar heeft goed werk verricht ,maar is er niet in geslaagd de onaangename en doordringende rioolgeur uit de rioolbuizen die de kamers binnendringen te elimineren.
