Staff and property was great. The building wasn’t what I expected. The building is more like a business center and you got up to the fourth floor to get into the “hotel”. Our room smelled so bad, like sewage and sulfur. It was revolting. But other than that, the room was excellent.

Localisation parfaite à 2 pas de la station Gran Via, Conchi a été très aimable et serviable tout le long. Bonne literie, nécessaire pour se faire un café ou thé dans la chambre, hôtel calme malgré la localisation sur Gran Via. Nous reviendrons !

Struttura nuova, arredata con gusto. Si trova in una posizione eccellente. Molto pulita e mette disposizione servizi molto apprezzati come i lockers per lasciare gratuitamente le valigie il giorno della partenza. Se dovessi tornare a Madrid, tornerei qui.
