Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well decorated, very stylish. The breakfast each morning was consistent, easy and convenient. I would stay again. Loved the location.

Staff of the hotel were awesome. However we visited in early November and AC/fan was shut off and there was only heat available in the room. There were very warm days where our only source of air was the window which hardly blew any air in. Overall the hotel was great but just incredibly hot in the room.
Room was very small but included everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of air conditioning since they had switched to "heat" even though temperature was hot outside and rainy.Breakfast was amazing and it included many items of high quality. Staff was excellent too.
The staff was amazing; Maria, Gabriel and the young women who staffed the breakfast service. The location is excellent, near Gran Via & Metro. Loved De Maria restaurant down the street!
Very nice smaller hotel smack-dab in the middle of Madrid surrounded by many dining and shopping options. Also convenient to transportation as the subway is close by and there are many taxis available on the main streets bordering the hotel. Staff was friendlly and eager to help with reservations and suggestions.;
What I didn't like--but no fault of the hotel--is that our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel because it's located in the middle of the plaza and dropped us off about 4 blocks away with our luggage that we lugged around until we found the hotel.
The room was clean, the beds were confortable but the breakfast was not good, the personal make an exceptional effort but the quality of products for breakfast specially the egg was awful.
This hotel was spotlessly clean. We chose the larger room which we recommend and it has a super comfortable bed.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Breakfast could have been better, but it was ok.
Great stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable

The safes in the rooms were not adhered to anything and people could easily walk away with them and your belongings. The woman on the front desk was very helpful at all times including procuring us a taxi for 4 people and all of our bags. Door stop in the Junior suite was in a spot where you stubbed your toe every time you walked into the room.

Very small room, balcony was as big as the bedroom. Good bathroom and shower. Bed was really comfortable.
We were on the 7th floor so had to rely on the lift more than we would have wanted to as it was very unreliable and did breakdown a couple of times and once when we were in it but fortunately I managed to open the door and get out. Staff were brilliant and location was amazing so close to everything.
Very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of Madrid. Staff was great and room was amazing. Easy to walk everywhere, but just off Gran via enough to be quiet to sleep in easily. Would go back next time I am in Madrid.
lovely staff; breakfast excellent for the price; no view or lobby but not an issue. great amenities in room - coffee maker, hairdryer, lovely big plush towels, closet with safe, very comfortable bed, nice products in bathroom. tv only has spanish language channels but not an issue for me. area is on no-car street, close to metro, shopping, many restaurants - I walked to museums, palace, metro (Sol or Opera stations).
