The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The location is also very central with multiple areas of interest within walking distance and a nearby metro station. The staff were the highlight of our stay though; they've been so so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they just made our stay at the property perfect! Definitely recommended!

The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Just staying one night as we arrived in Madrid to catch a flight but this was a great hotel, clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. It is also in a good location within walking distance to Gran Via and not too far from Plaza Mayor.

Suites Viena is in a great location, being close to the main shopping areas, and to the Hop on Hop Off bust pickup points, and close if you are taking day tours of Madrid. Lots of eateries near by. Very well priced.

The stay was great overall, the rooms are clean and the location of the hotel is great. Breakfast was wonderful and Yoani is definetely is the soul and stamp of Suites Viena. Nice people, good location, clean and breakfast pretty good. It’s very plain, and we had what I thought was a suite for 3, but it was just a regular room (two double beds) and a sofa they turned down. Nowhere to sit, very crowded. It worked for us, I just wish there was a little more to the room.
