Like having a broken AC in Madrid’s 37C summer? Love being gaslighted by their support staff that the AC has been fixed, when both ‘technicians’ they’ve sent over aren’t HVAC staff and only cleaned the air filter and played around with the remote? Then this is the perfect hotel for you.
This apartment has no front desk, and getting into contact with any staff can be a hassle. Once you are in contact, their staff is absolutely useless. Anything goes wrong? Then you’ll have to make do.
- They only gave 2 rolls of toilet tissue to a family of 6 people staying 6 nights.
- The dishwashing liquid literally comes in ration side packs of 20ml.
- Don’t even bother cooking in the apartment, cause they might have a kitchen, but have a lot of missing pans, and equipment. And the living room will be boiling, with the lack of AC.
- toilet extractor fan doesn’t work.
A short story. A t-shirt and a dress fell off of the clothes drying hanger. The cleaning person told us it’s not her job. We contacted the ‘front desk’ through WhatsApp, was told the cleaning staff would bring the clothes the next morning. The next morning, no update. We contact over WhatsApp, and after some confusion they realise the apartment below is owned by someone else. Be very careful drying clothes, since they don’t offer any clips to pin clothes on to.
Been in 7 different hotels all over Iberia, over a month now. Been to so many different hotels… this is absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been to!
