I loved how easy it was to check in and come in and out as we please. We had no issues with this property and think it looked pretty unique. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling solo or with one other person.

It really surprised me this hotel. It’s the cleanest and comfortable hotel , room no 5 was looking amazing, the view from the balcony was something different with the trees flowering . I had some problems with the email about the pins and they help me straight away .I came just for one night, and to be honest I didn’t want to leave . I will be back soon for sure

Great room in the very center of Madrid, clean and good size, with a private bathrooms bed balcony. Our room shared communal area (dining table, coffee/tea) with a hostel which was not a problem at all. Everything was very clean and calm.Very happy with our choice.

I really liked it, the room is a very good size, the bathroom is large and clean, the beds are clean and comfortable and the area is excellent, you are very close to the train and bus station, which takes you easily to Venice, and the staff are all very attentive.🙏😊

Terrible place doesn’t meet the criteria of Boutique this place is a backpack guesthouse With no housekeeping service only for requests This is airb and b hotel style Also with no luggage storage The bedroom are extremely small for two people Also no pillows or blankets just cushions instead Manager extremely rude And does not care to provide a good service Expedia shall remove this property

Would have been 5 stars, but there were 2 issues. The cleaners were not finished with our room until 6pm when check in is 4pm. This would have been okay, but on the last day the water was not working. Messaged and called the host at 9ish and did not hear back for another 2 hours. Given we had to check out at 11, this was not good. They may not have been able to do anything, but they could have responded.

Iniziamo dicendo che non è un hotel, tantomeno un boutique hotel. In 5 giorni la camera non è stata mai pulita. Gli asciugamani consegnati già macchiati non sono mai stati cambiati durante la settimana. Gli ultimi due giorni non avevamo neanche più l’acqua calda per fare la doccia. Personale inesistente, alla richiesta di una coperta in più per il freddo (aria condizionata rumorosa e poco funzionante), ci è stato detto che non ce n’erano. Unico punto a favore la posizione, davvero ottima. Per il resto servizi zero, una truffa chiamarlo hotel!
