I loved how easy it was to check in and come in and out as we please. We had no issues with this property and think it looked pretty unique. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling solo or with one other person.

I really liked it, the room is a very good size, the bathroom is large and clean, the beds are clean and comfortable and the area is excellent, you are very close to the train and bus station, which takes you easily to Venice, and the staff are all very attentive.šŸ™šŸ˜Š

Terrible place doesnā€™t meet the criteria of Boutique this place is a backpack guesthouse With no housekeeping service only for requests This is airb and b hotel style Also with no luggage storage The bedroom are extremely small for two people Also no pillows or blankets just cushions instead Manager extremely rude And does not care to provide a good service Expedia shall remove this property

Would have been 5 stars, but there were 2 issues. The cleaners were not finished with our room until 6pm when check in is 4pm. This would have been okay, but on the last day the water was not working. Messaged and called the host at 9ish and did not hear back for another 2 hours. Given we had to check out at 11, this was not good. They may not have been able to do anything, but they could have responded.

Iniziamo dicendo che non ĆØ un hotel, tantomeno un boutique hotel. In 5 giorni la camera non ĆØ stata mai pulita. Gli asciugamani consegnati giĆ  macchiati non sono mai stati cambiati durante la settimana. Gli ultimi due giorni non avevamo neanche piĆ¹ lā€™acqua calda per fare la doccia. Personale inesistente, alla richiesta di una coperta in piĆ¹ per il freddo (aria condizionata rumorosa e poco funzionante), ci ĆØ stato detto che non ce nā€™erano. Unico punto a favore la posizione, davvero ottima. Per il resto servizi zero, una truffa chiamarlo hotel!

A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© muito boa, perto de metrĆ“ e do centro. No entanto, o quarto Ć© pequeno, nĆ£o tem local para armazenar as coisas. Durante minha diĆ”ria nĆ£o foi feita limpeza de quarto e nem retirado o lixo. O hotel nĆ£o tem portaria o que eu nĆ£o gosto muito jĆ” que nĆ£o tem para que reclamar. Embora o banheiro fosse muito bom, melhor parte do quarto, o ralo estava entupido, tendo que desligar o chuveiro toda hora para nĆ£o alagar o banheiro. A decoraĆ§Ć£o do quarto e do hotel Ć© muito bonita.
