Located in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca, this recently renovated apartment is a wonderful alternative for stay at one of the most exclusive zones in Madrid. Furthermore, it is placed just a few meters away from the most highly demanded streets: The Serrano street, well-known for its luxury shops, high level restaurants and the IE Business School.

The apartment has been completely renovated, decorated and equipped with great quality materials. Also, its contemporary decoration transmits elegance and good taste.

Apartment for 4 people, which has a one bethroom and a comfortable and large sofa bed.

The living room is spacious and really comfortable. In it we can find a sofa-bed, and a crystal dining table. The access to this room is reached by the kitchen, which is completely equipped with all the furniture and electrical appliances that the hosts could possibly need. Lastly, the bedroom is spacious and has a wonderful wardrobe space, and a in suite bathroom fitted with an excellent glass partition shower.

In sum, this is a really comfortable and stylish apartment, perfect for those who would like to stay in one of the best parts inside the capital of Spain.
