Should have stayed longer!
This was a one day visit from Barcelona to Madrid, but this we discovered should have been a longer stay! The apt was in the perfect place of good food, sights, shops, and fabulous people! I would stay here again!

The ideal location!
The apartment was perfect for the two families we had staying there (total of 7 people). Location was close to the Metro, steps away from a market, walking distance from many of the sights we had on our list to see, and surrounded by restaurants and cafe’s. We would highly recommend!

Great location, quality need improvement
This appartement is very well located in Madrid. It is the principal strength. On the other side, it needs some indoor refresh like the paint. The head of the shower broke up at his 1st use. It smelled moisture as well.

Perfect for a stay in central Madrid
The property is in an ideal location, a short stroll to Palacio Real de Madrid, Teatro Real, Plaza Mayor, the San Miguel Food Market, the metro staion, bars and restaurants and much more. There is also a Supermarket 20 metres away that charges decent prices (1.5L water 29cents!). The apartment itself was a good size for the 5 of us that were staying; having two shower rooms with toilets was a real bonus, the showers were perfect with good power. The kitchen was amply equipped and the fridge freezer a good size. The wifi was fast and te tv was a good size and loaded with smart features. Aall in all excellent value for money, we would certainly return here.

The best location in Madrid!
Everything was amazing about this property. The unit is centrally located, we parked the car in a garage 2 minutes away, then walked everywhere - didn’t need to drive anywhere. Clean unit, well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Had a 1 day stay over before flying out. Excellent location! Easy walking distance to main attractions and numerous restaurants. If you like biking, bike tour location is about 800 ft away.

Great location small place
We loved the location and the host was amazing and very accommodative and responsive. Thankfully every room had air conditioning, since it was so hot in Spain. The only issue we had was lack of closet space, if you are going with family for a few days. Would be nice to have some closets / storage space. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Séjour Madrid centre
Appartements très bien placé, 2 vraies chambres, le 3è couchage est dans la pièce à vivre. Il y a une machine a laver le linge mais pas de lave vaisselle Appartement bien climatisé. Attention se situe en rez de chaussée donc assez sombre mais on y est assez peu sur l'ensemble du sejour et plutôt le soir donc pas gênant.

Céntrico y bien comunicado
Gran alojamiento para una familia, nosotros eramos 5 y aun habia sitio para 2 más. Si hay que poner un pero, es el ruido de las cañerias de agua del vecino, cuando abren el agua de la ducha/lavabo hacer mucho ruido (una exageración) y como se duchen a la 1 de la madrugada te meten un susto de paqué 😅😅😅.

Close to Royal Palace
The location is great and is walking distance from Royal palace. It’s on the ground floor of the building. The apartment had a washer that was not mentioned in the liaising so that was great.

Ich fans ea achöd das die meisten Sehenwürdigkeiten zu Fuss oder mit der Metro erreichbar sind. Tipp gut informieren lassen für die Billette von der Metro. Sonst zahlt man zu viel.
