I don’t think the sheets on the bed had been changed. It had hair particles and a red stain that may have been blood. I didn’t like limited toilet paper and towels in the apartment. When asked for more towels wereaccused of having more people in the apartment than agreed upon. Other than thes 2 matters, the place was clean and comfortable living. I appreciated the help from the maid and janitor who helped us get into the room. It was quite different from America of course. I appreciated the early check in time since our plane arrive at 8 a.m. and check in was at 3 p.m. Overall, i emjoyed our stay and would return again if life allows me.

Très belle 1ère expérience. Le studio était impeccable, décoré avec goût et avec tout le confort annoncé. Le check-in/check-out automatique nous a un peu surpris et perturbé mais il semble que tout se soit très bien passé. Je ne manquerai pas de faire de la publicité pour ce groupe et reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Madrid.

La recepción pésima experiencia no hay quien te atienda y su máquina ni sirve tarde más de 40 minutos pudiendo hacer el check in, debería de haber una persona física que te ayude!!!
