The apartment seems luxurious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and the metro. I would give it 5 stars if more coffee k-cups were provided. They only gave 2 k-cups even though we had 3 guests for 3 nights.

Upon arrival there were a few minor maintenance issues. Broken curtain, broken toilet seat and we were told maintenance would come to fix but they never did even though we stayed for 2 nights. Other than that the apartment is spacious, comfortable, with food amenities.

Good location right near the metro train line 1 convenient to walk to Puerta del Sol where there is lots of shopping. 24 hour market next door.

Overall this property is worthy to stay again. It is close to the Royal Palace and other local food market, Grocery is downstairs and the metro is on the side of the stree. I requested a quiet room. The reception put us on the level 2, it is quite noisy in the middle night when the council collects the garbage every night. It is also very clearly to hear people were talking on the street. There is no onsite parking, we have to leave our car in a public car parking. The bath room drainer is blocked and not very convenient for shower.

Within walking distance to most tourist sites and food. The metro station is opposite the apartment. While the location of the apartment is in a very noisy area, with some homelessness outside the apartment, we didn't experience any issues or feel unsafe. The bathrooms in the apartment are semi-private. if sharing apartment with other people may no be ideal. Overall a comfortable stay. thank you.

Overall, great property, great location, you can walk to all the major attractions as well as restaurants. A lot of noise, especially at night because there is a grocery store below the restaurant that loads and unload probably at night. A lot of people just loitering around the property. Nothing dangerous, but just something to be aware of. Still overall great property as walkable to every location and good for families. Sofa bed not very comfortable. So be prepared if your family of four you may want to upgrade to a bigger apartment.

The location was excellent. We were able to catch the metro (located right across the street) to everywhere we needed to go. Plaza Mayor just a few blocks away and could walk there. Extremely clean rooms. A wonderful gal at the desk who was extremely helpful!
