Spectacular Loft, located just 5 minutes by car from the Feria de Madrid, Juan Carlos I Park and the Olivar de la Hinojosa Golf Course. 10 minutes drive to the airport and the nearest metro line 4. We have an auto-bus stop and taxi on the street.
Open, double-height spaces seating area, access to plant car lifts. You want to know what it is to enjoy a true loft.

An Asian restaurant on the ground floor. A 3 minute walk to the Buger King area and the gas station with a small supermarket. El Corte Ingles, Carrefour, with shopping centers, shops, cinemas and typical Spanish restaurants. 10 minutes in the business area of ​​Cristalia restaurants and cafes.

Precioso loft, moderno, confortable y espacioso
El loft es precioso, muy moderno, con todas las comodidades y de espacios abiertos y luminosos. Nosotros eramos 7 y teníamos cama para todos, el propietario muy amable nos colocó una cama adicional en el salón para mi hija pequeña y estuvimos super cómodos. La decoración es muy moderna, la cocina totalmente equipada, los baños muy limpios, la ducha con agua con muy buena presión y caliente, las camas cómodas. Para nosotros estuvo perfecto, mas es importante que cada huésped valore pues se encuentra en una zona exclusivamente de oficinas que no tiene comercios abajo en la calle y el edificio por fuera es industrial, para nosotros lo importante era el alojamiento así que fue excelente. El propietario bien amable, luego de la reserva no tuvimos respuesta hasta el día de entrada unas horas antes pues la propietaria estaba de viaje pero su esposo nos atendió de maravilla. Nosotros cuando vayamos en grupo repetiremos.

estancia bien pero mal aprovechada. para 4 personas solo un baño completo y un aseo puede ser insuficiente. con agrandar un poco el aseo de abajo para meter una ducha. y las 2 habitaciones con puerta otro metro y poner armario. mejoraría mucho. los anfitriones muy agradables y atentos. para ir a IFEMA excelente

Brilliant and unusual
Brilliant apartment, can't fault it, hosts brilliant, easy to get an Uber taxi, don't be put off by the fact you're in a warehouse - it's Awesome!! Would def return!

Fantastic stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Angela and Jaime's loft. They were really helpful with everything. They are gracious hosts, present yet discreet. They made us feel comfortable, like we were part of the family. We met their son Tomas, who is very outgoing, helpful and nice (and speaks French, which made it easy for us to communicate!). The loft is comfortable, modern and clean, and provided more than enough space for 7 people. The location is perfect for visiting the city. We will definitely return here when we come back to Madrid. We wholeheartedly recommend this loft if you want to visit Madrid!

Fantástica estancia en el Loft en Madrid
Hemos alquilado el Loft ha sido fantástica la estancia, poder disfrutar de un gran espacio de diseño, con todo lo necesario, la cocina muy equipada, el espacio del salón comedor muy amplio, la habitación principal con sus armarios, tres habitaciones independientes, un baño completo con ducha y un aseo. La cercanía del campo de golf del Olivar fue lo mejor. Con seguridad volveremos. Jaime y familia

Espacio de Coworking
Nuestra estancia fue magnífica, el espacio para trabajar es enorme pero a la vez muy acogedor, éramos un grupo bastante grande trabajando y teníamos zonas de trabajo y relax en el mismo lugar. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos y harán que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda Ell Loft más recomendable tanto para trabajo como para ocio si vienes a Madrid.

THE BEST PLACE IN MADRID
Loft enorme bellissimo e pulito a 3 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus, il loft è arredato in stile moderno fornito di tutto, la cucina è enorme, televisore e divano comodissini, tavolo da pranzo gigante, cucina completa di fornelli e micronde, lavastoviglie frigo e tutti gli accessori per cucinare, grosso centro commerciale a due fermate di autobus il loft è a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto. I proprietari del loft di una gentilezza unica ci sono venuti a prendere e ci hanno riaccompagnato in aeroporto ad orari assurdi e tutte le mattine ci hanno preparato la colazione... che dire il posto migliore per una vacanza a madrid!!!!
