There were 3 different reception staff that were on duty during my stay one was particularly disinterested. The location was very convenient for me. Overall it was good value for the price paid.

Nothing not to like here. Bright and clean with a relatively modern facade and interior. Cafe on the premises for the quick morning coffee beginning at 07:30 am to 08:30 pm for tapas, wine, beer, and coffee. The property is a 2 minute walk to the #6 bus that goes up the major streets of the Madrid center. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the underground metro. The hotel has lots of restaurants of various price and decor to choose from. Lots of street food and a supermarket across the street for really cheap eats. My favorite restaurant was right n

Overall the hotel was OK. The shower very small and the room wasn't really cleaned while we were there. They made the bed, gave new towels, but didn't wipe the sink or replenish the soap. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cafe next door, was cute, and service was good.

Very bad condition, the elevator is in the second floor and you have to carrier your bags for the stairs , the elevator was broke the day we arrived.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, just across the street the bus #23 will take you to the Plaza Mayor and everything is near by.

A very well located area with a shopping mall nearby and a one of the best recreational facilities for relaxing and enjoying in the city all build in both sides of the river for miles, the hotel is small but clean and comfortable is little far from the historic center of the city for that reason you are going to get the actual savoring of local people's

Good value for the price
Budget hotel just south of the center of Madrid. 10 minute walk to get to more interesting areas, or 5 minutes to the metro. There is a little noise in the room from the hallways, but it's acceptable and I had no problem sleeping. The room was very clean, but stacks of towels and sheets remained in the hallways for the 1 day duration of my stay. The fun desk was friendly and kindly rekeyed my key card when it failed. If you're looking for a budget hotel close to the center, this is a good choice. I'd stay again.
