The property itself is pretty cool, the staff is friendly and there is a restaurant onsite with a limited menu available 24 hours a day. This is needed as the location isn't ideal, because there isn't any restaurants or attraction in close walking distance.

The rooms smell of cigarettes, and the girl who works in the reception is rude. The sheets are so thin so you are basically freezing all night. And the smell in the room is hideous.

This place was excellent for our stay. The room was great and the staff is even better. They go out their way to make sure all your needs are being met. The hotel is ideal if you have a vehicle because it is far away from public transportation. The closest metro station is about 3.5 Km from the hotel. Overall, I would stay in this place if I ever comeback to Madrid.

The parking lot is a mess. There is not enough spaces for the cars and they do not take down license plates in the customers double parked her car taking up two spaces and you get trapped in. It is an awful mess. The management needs to take down license plates for people that double park and block other cars. It is completely awful.
