Staff was very nice and helpful and greeted us every time. Bed was too squeaky. Location was great in Chinatown area. Many Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and Anime figure / manga shops. Lots of breakfast places and Spanish food in the area. Bus and metro nearby.

Too expensive for the type of room offered. Toilet paper and towels were very very limited. We had to ask for toilet paper on daily basis. One tiny roll was given for 3 persons in a room. Staff made the difference during our stay.

The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de EspaƱa, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

Terrible experience. I would want my money back.
Wifi didn't work. Hot water tank only good for one shower then you have to wait for the water to get warmed up before the second person can take a shower. Suite had no view to the outside world; It felt like a prison. Had to climb 5 or 6 steps to get to the reception before reaching the elevator which was a huge anomaly for some having a kid with a stroller. No onsite restaurant. No laundry service. Customer service was fair.

Granvia is steps away, but maybe not the most fun part of it. One room we had the outlet got burnt, it was not the safest setup in terms of electrical wiring. We moved to another room and internet was very slow, the room was not very modern, still power outlets issue. The shower was not the best Iā€™ve had in Spain. The area was in a Chinatown of Madrid, but still pretty good.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quando chegamos na recepĆ§Ć£o, achei que tĆ­nhamos entrado em uma furada, pois a recepĆ§Ć£o Ć© feia, sem nenhum atrativo, pequena, bem simples. PorĆ©m quando chegamos ao quarto encontramos um lugar enorme, com cozinha equipada com tudo, fogĆ£o, microondas, frigobar, banheiro Ć³timo, chuveiro excelente, cama e roupas de cama de Ć³tima qualidade. Ficamos no quarto (33). Perto de tudo, sem barulho, muitas opƧƵes em volta para cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e demais refeiƧƵes. Literalmente um achado a meia quadra da Gran Via. FazĆ­amos compras e levĆ”vamos ao quarto e voltĆ”vamos de tĆ£o perto. Fizemos tudo a pĆ©. Atendimento dos funcionĆ”rios lambem muito bom. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza. Ficamos 3 noites.
