Excellent customer service from the front desk and they were extremely professional and helpful when we arrived and when we needed a taxi to get to the airport at the appropriate time. Breakfast was delicious and our room was always taken care of. I would seriously recommend this hotel especially the location is super convenient and you can walk to Plaza Mayor within minutes!

This property is centrally located. There is a taxi stand right across the plaza if you don’t feel like walking. The Prado is only about a 15minute walk. The restaurant downstairs is a good option for a light dinner. The room was quiet even though our windows opened to a direct view of Puerto Del Sol.
