Excellent customer service from the front desk and they were extremely professional and helpful when we arrived and when we needed a taxi to get to the airport at the appropriate time. Breakfast was delicious and our room was always taken care of. I would seriously recommend this hotel especially the location is super convenient and you can walk to Plaza Mayor within minutes!

Location of the Hotel is perfect. The room facing the plaza is too loud during the night. During our stay there were ongoing construction work inside the Hotel. The breakfast was every day (7) the same and was very limited.
