Muy mal!!!
Fatal. El hotel deprimente. Me cobraron mas de lo que ponia en la reserva. Intenté reclamar y siempre me dieron largas. A hoteles.com le dijeron que eran cargos por restaurante, mentira! No lo recomiendo, ademas la calidad del establecimiento pésima. No hay donde aparcar.

Limpieza mantenimiento estava fundida la bombilla de comoda les dije para cambiarla , me diguieron que en un momento la hacian y nunca lo hicieron. Las toallas y las sabanas nunca las cambiaron en el tiempo que estuve.

hotel en pleno centro de villanueva de la cañada, facilidad para aparcar en inmediaciones, personal muy atento. Es la tercera vez q me alojo en este establecimiento y me sorprendió la habitación pq estaba renovada.Muy tranquilo

oerhört störande ljud från korridoren
dålig ljudisolering mot korridoren. Alla ljud från korridoren hördes högt in till hotellrummet. Oerhört störande. Rummet var billigt men ändå inte värt pengarna.

Hotel bien placé centre er prés de l UAX et propre
Bruyant, infernal, on dort dans la cuisine er le bar, literie hors d usage , pas d alèse , tarif 54€ au lieu de 52€ annoncé, erreur de la centrale sur le jour de réservation, heureusement que j avais imprimé le papier, enfin accueil glacial....

À éviter absolument
Personnel très peu aimable. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et ils nous avaient envoyé un e-mail de confirmation. Mais à l'arrivée, ils n'avaient de la place pour nous que pour une nuit et, ils nous ont simplement envoyés sur les roses. Le petit déjeuner est très gras et très sucré. L'hôtel est très bruyant. À éviter. C'est le seul à Villanueva. A 5Km, nous avons passé une 2e nuit charmante à l'hôtel Julian à Brunete.
