I like the staff, the place is very safe. Only thing is the mattress. Also need more bathrooms, and to fix the water because after a certain amount of people shower it stays cold

Love to come back here
The staff were friendly and keep it tidy often the time. You can charge devices right next to bed and laundry (washing and drying) service is available. Actually staff is at the reception all the time so that check in can be made after midnight as well. The only thing I did not like was air mattress. So far it was pleasant stay for me

Bad part: They charge for towel and only accept cash, does not use contactless payment system, which is utterly backward in this age of smartphone. Who uses cash in this age? Good part: The property is right next to the conde de casal station, and the airport is within 30 min from this station.

Me parecio un excelente lugar. Bueno bonito y barato. Ojala no quiten la cocina, que es de gran ayuda para muchos. Solo le recomiendo a las personas, reservar de manera anticipada. Muy limpio. Baños excelente. Agua caliente de manera inmediata. El personal excelente. Hay un chico que como paisa, es bien. Pero deber tener una mejor actitud al hablar, dado que para otras personas puede ser un poco modesto su forma de ser, dado que es un lugar que ofrece atención al publico, debe ser mas empatico, como nota constructiva.
