The staff was very very nice but they lie on the pictures. 1. It’s not a hotel. its an apartment with different rooms with private bathrooms. 2. The room is extremely small 3. The toilet was so small I couldn’t close the door 4. The shower is so small that I left a lot of water on the floor after ahowering.

The rooms are small, for the price - difficult to access if you have heavy bags. Need to go up stairs to access rooms. The only positive is the location.

Nice place but small
The location and staff were great. The room was really nice, classy and clean. The downside was it was pretty small and felt cramped. It wasn't great on sound proofing either and could hear guests outside the room or next door quite a bit.

According to Hotels.com in the email they sent me the breakfast was included. However the hotel said it wasn’t. So what happened there? One of the employees did however give me breakfast free one morning as I guess they felt sorry for me which I was nice. Not sure I would use Hotels.com again. Had to provide my own breakfast on other days. The place was hard to find but good location. Because it’s basically 6 en-suite rooms in a converted apartment, you can hear the people living upstairs crashing around. Unfortunately they were running up and down at 5 am so woke me up. The hotel itself and employees were fine.

Lovely accommodation & very pleasant friendly staff. We arrived late on Friday & the young man who checked us in was very efficient. Breakfast provided on a tray in the room which was more than adequate and presented really well. Great location, we walked everywhere & no need to use the metro.

Building under construction, w/ lobby full of ladders, tools, and construction dust ,.No elevator. must carry bags up. two slippery steep staircases to get to rooms. evening concierge, Bruns, was great but actually fell part of the way down the stairs when helping with bags. lLots of street Noise. owner refused to lower expensive rate despite fact that ads misrepresent condition of hotel and rooms, Avoid permanently!

Don’t go!
This is not a hotel: this is an apartment converted into rooms with controversial sound proof wall. What is not controversial is the clearness: I have never seen a room that dirty! I had to ask to clean it again and even with a new cleaning it was still not ok. I do not recommend this place although the location is excellent.

Hotel casi Bueno.
Buena experiencia en general, Consideraba que las habitaciones eran tal cual como aparecía en las fotos. Sin embargo me tocó la que REALMENTE había pagado. Solo faltaría, por ética, que publiquen las habitaciones pequeñas para no sentirse engañados. Habitación muy bella en su estética, muy chica en su espacio. Baño grande, regadera chica. Corredores y recepción muy pequeñas. Hay que subir un nivel, por lo que recomiendo equipaje pequeño para no batallar. El personal muy amable. Otro tema, me hacen una devolución de pago. Para posteriormente cobrarme de nuevo. Lo cual me ocasionó REALMENTE un doble gasto. Y para los que viajamos sabemos que esto implica reducir el límite de credito de tu tarjeta. Hoy a una semana de lo sucedido NO SE ME HA REGRESADO El monto aún. Espero se resuelva el tema. Al costo que tome la reservación es excelente relación costo beneficio. Sin embargo si pagas al costo sin descuento es muy caro. En ubicación. Considero muy buena pues estas a una cuadra de la estación CHUECA del metro (no tiene escalera eléctricas ni elevador). Hay todo alrededor y cercano de la gran via a 3 cuadras. el hotel no tiene anuncios por la calle.
