Muy estrecho todos los ambientes, las camas incomodas, colchon inflable y hacen mucho ruido al moverse. Poca ventilación, siempre habia olor a comida. Destaco al personal, muy atentos y mantuvieron buena limpieza de baños y habitación

Handy for a short stay.
Sometimes average is okay. Only hostel I could find at short notice/reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. No lockers but you can leave your luggage in the office. 24h Kitchen. Close to everything including cinema 24h supermarket food.

Great location, average accommodation
If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is the place ! The beds are inflatable, so not the comfiest, no lockers to keep your stuff, so make sure to bring padlocks. Showers and restrooms are super tiny but clean. You can’t find a better location though, everything is a walking distance, metro and buses right outside the door. Lots of food and shopping spots around.

Place is at ideal location, right at Metro station at the heart of the city. In Hostel Toilets and Shower units are very small and need to increase some more toilets.

It was hard to find. No one in the Building knew about the hostel. Enough for my stay.

Not recommended
No AC so that it's not comfortable to sleep in summer season. Rooms and corridor are always dark as they turn off the light all day. Check in time says noon but actual check in time was 2pm. Laundry machine is one of the facility list however guests are not allowed to use it for their own.

Rude staff. 2 toilets in the entire place for 40 guests. Useless staff: they won’t keep your bags or let you sit on the couch to wait 30 mins before you check in. Really uncomfortable inflated mattresses and place is really warm (no AC)

The people at the desk don't speak a word of English you just have to speak Spanish there is a bathroom and toilet plus a kitchen for 3 people, there is a microwave, a kettle and a small fridge in the kitchen. In terms of cleaning, the floors are cleaned every day and the sheets of outgoing guests are changed. Most days I could hardly sleep there was too much noise. But you know that you shouldn't expect too much for the price. The location of the hostel is in a very good place, very close to Gran Via. Right next to Callao metro station and right in the centre.

very nice and convenient place to stay in the centre of Madrid, everything important is walkable or reacheable by metro, station is very close. One proposal, noticed at other hostel: what about set up a "food bank"? = to place a box in the kitchen, where other travellers who do not need their unused food can place it and other can enjoy it?

Yes, I know there is no aircond. but the room is packed which make the room hotter. There is no space to put our things. Beds, toilets and kitchen are clean but the bed is really not comfortable. Whenever people move the beds make noise which is very annoying. If one really have to save money and choose this hostel then be ready to tolerate with the heatness.
