The location is superb. The hotel breakfast was good. The bed very comfortable, shower was great. The only thing that ruined our stay was our last night due to our neighbors wild night at their room. At about 5:00 am we were woken up to a ramping noise that didn’t let us sleep for about an hour. We called front desk to tell them what was happening , they said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. Such a disappointment, we were still settling in from the jet lag since we were their only 2 nights. They need to have security and be more aware of these things.

This property is perfect, it has very nice and clean rooms. The location is prime! You’re at walking distance from puerta del Alcalá and the Park retiro. Easy taxi/uber access. 5 star restaurants just across the street. Definitely will be staying here again.

The mattress was very bad. Also the floor of our room was very uneven. The curtain was falling, so that we could not close it. Liked the common areas. Loved the roof top.
