Situated on the first floor of an aparthotel building, this modern and tastefully decorated 80m2 apartment is conveniently located near various attractions in Madrid, including Puerta de Alcalá and the Great Pond of El Retiro!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a plush sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. There is a washing machine inside the flat, and also, on each floor, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer available for use, with payment required.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home! There is paid parking next to the building.

Barrio Salamanca is one of Madrid’s most affluent and elegant neighborhoods, known for its sophisticated atmosphere, luxury shopping, and cultural landmarks. Located to the northeast of the city center, it is considered a hub of high-end living and upscale experiences.

The neighborhood boasts a stunning display of 19th-century architecture, with elegant facades, intricate balconies, and spacious layouts.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Recoletos, is just a 2-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is approximately a 19-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
